Welcome, I am Anna and I see you've taken the brave step to look for a counsellor.
It can be difficult to discuss your emotions, thoughts and feeling, but I can offer you a safe place to listen and be heard. Then together we can explore potential new life paths that may bring change.

I am a qualified counsellor and I love my role, I always feel very privileged when someone who is feeling destressed to help them gain confidence and feel they are able to manage life experiences in a more calm and confident way.
“People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don't find myself saying, "Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner." I don't try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.”
― Carl R. Rogers

Who am I
I have a vast range of experience in working with clients with varying presenting issues. I am empathic and caring and will support you in your journey.
